Step One: Slashing:
We were told told that if we could slash away the grass that it would reduce the cost when the grader came. Here we are!

A little fire:
As we slashed we burnt as much as we could. This proved rather dificult with the morning dew.

The smoldering remains of dead grass blowing in the wind!

Cutting the bush:
You know... it's actually harder than it looks to cut up a thick bush by swinging a thin piece of metal.
